Spiral Staircase Bottom View Final Build

Spiral Staircase Final Build with help from Preston King.

The spine of the staircase was made out of masonite bent with two 3/4" birch ribs in order to get the curve we were looking for in the staircase.

The stairs were constructed out of foamcore that was attached to the masonite spine and then dressed in blue art paper, applied with mod podge and torn and sanded away in a way that aged the staircase and gave it more than just a flat texture when lit in set.
